MRO and Tied Lease Agreements

Tied lease were the mainstay of landlord/tenant agreements before Market Rent Only (MRO) leases. In a tied lease pub owning companies (PubCo’s) tie their tenant to purchase the beer (and possibly other products) they sell from their landlord. A MRO lease allows the tenant to be Free of Tie. PubHelp can help you decide which type of lease is right for you and your business.
